The address is 1-16-9 Naruohama, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
Hyogo Nishinomiya Ice Arena is the only ice skating rink in Hyogo Prefecture that can be used year-round, but since January, equipment trouble had apparently made it impossible even to make ice.
For the three days from Saturday, July 15 to Monday, July 17 (national holiday), it looks like you can receive an invitation ticket when you purchase a skating ticket to celebrate the renewal opening.
It also seems that the expiration dates for Nishinomiya resident invitation postcards and multi-use tickets have been extended due to the closure until March 31, 2024, so if you couldn’t go during the closure, why not try skating on the newly refreshed rink?
