Work will begin on Monday, July 24, and continue until the end of May 2025, making it quite a long construction project.
The construction work itself will take place at night, from around 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.

There are a certain number of accidents on station platforms because platform barriers are not installed, so this should hopefully reduce accidents significantly. It’s a measure that brings major benefits both for society and for people’s peace of mind, so I hope it keeps moving forward. Hankyu Railway apparently plans to install them at all stations.
