The address is around 7 Hagoromocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It’s at the bus stop in front of Shukugawa Green Town, along Yamate Kansen.
From the side↓
The left side is really low.
The road in front of Shukugawa Green Town is on a steep slope, so that’s probably why it ended up like this. Truly a last-resort solution.
Still, isn’t it a little too low?!
