There are so many colorful side dishes around the rice! The side dishes use vegetables grown in their home garden, and each one has a wonderfully nuanced flavor created by the spices😋 When you mix them together with the rice and curry, you can enjoy all kinds of flavors and textures〜.
Sweet Ceylon tea after a spicy meal☕️ Apparently, adding air like this makes it even smoother! This also had a gentle hint of spice〜😊

“Little Lanka” is often featured on TV, and it’s a well-known curry restaurant in Nishinomiya! I’ve been there once myself, and the owner, Shanta, was such a kind person🤗 Of course the food was delicious, but with videos of Sri Lanka’s colorful streetscapes and magnificent nature, plus rhythmic music playing, you could really soak up the atmosphere of Sri Lanka♪ If you haven’t been yet, why not give it a try?
