The tender, juicy Japanese Black Wagyu has a subtle sweetness from the fat, and the refreshing citrus tang of the ponzu gives it a great balance♪ It really gets your appetite going〜.

It’s so colorful〜😍✨ How many kinds of vegetables are in here〜?
Carrots, burdock root, lettuce, red onion, paprika, green pepper, lotus root, shiitake mushrooms, celery, and more・・It’s topped with fried onions and a soft-boiled egg. The dressing has a light flavor, so you can really taste the vegetables themselves〜.

Diamond Guarana 490 yen(tax included)
This drink is not beer! (lol) It’s an “apple-flavored non-alcoholic carbonated drink” called “Diamond Guarana.” It comes in such a cute glass〜❤️
Refreshing and fizzy. It has a softly fragrant, sweet aroma〜✨

We had this ice cream at the end. It had a rich milk flavor〜🐮

We got to take a photo together with head chef Kanayama.
Kanayama serves as the chairman of the Nishinomiya Chuo Shopping Street Promotion Association. Since his business is located right near Nishinomiya Shrine and benefits from that location, he wanted to give something back to the community. For the past 12 years, he has also been taking part in a cleanup effort at Nishinomiya Shrine once a month, on the second Monday.
