↑Where is this?
Some of you might remember,
but this is the place we visited right after it opened, when there was still nothing there.

↓Now it’s under active construction

Homes are going up one after another at Auberge Court Mukogawa Phase 2✨

At last, tours of the model home are about to begin!!
This is “Auberge Mukogawa” Phase 1, completed a year earlier and already home to 18 families↓

Nomura Komuten is incredibly particular about the exterior design, and they also incorporate interior design and planting plans. With every interior wall finished in plaster, these are all wonderful homes where you can really feel the difference when you see them.

The completed model home will be on Lot 1.
Here is the lot map↓

And believe it or not, there is only one home left where you can choose a custom design!

Want to take a quick look at what kind of neighborhood it will be?↓

Try comparing the before and after😆 What a beautiful streetscape!!
Here’s a little more about the much-anticipated first model home at Auberge Court Mukogawa Phase 2✨

The entrance has a refined feel, with luxurious stone textures, plantings that add seasonal color, and an impressive symbolic tree, showing attention to detail and a sense of elegance.
What kind of layout does it have??

Oh! The balcony connects to the LDK with no step from the living room, giving it such an open feeling♪ There’s also a garage outside with parking for two cars. Perfect!
Does this mean Nishi2 has no choice but to go and check it out?!
That’s right! Nomura Komuten has one major feature✨
It’s the walls↓

This is not wallpaper. These are plaster walls made from natural materials ![]()
What is plaster?
★It is expected to have antibacterial properties, helping you stay comfortable even during Japan’s humid rainy season.
★Because it is made from natural materials, it is gentle on the body!! Recommended for people concerned about “sick building syndrome” or allergies.
★It helps regulate humidity, so you can stay dry and comfortable!!
★The main component of plaster is inorganic and non-combustible, so it does not produce harmful gases or vapors when burned. That means it is strong against fire!! And durable!!
★It is a material that is less likely to generate static electricity and less likely to attract dust or house dust, so it is resistant to dirt and easy to clean!
★Because it is applied by hand, it can be given trowel marks, polished, or finished with unique shading… allowing for all kinds of expression. It can create a beautiful texture that vinyl cloth cannot imitate.

Here’s what makes it different from other companies’ plaster walls!!
★They use “Marmorino,” an Italian plaster used even in World Heritage sites✨(And amazingly, Nomura Komuten is the only company in Japan that handles it!)
What’s the difference between regular plaster and “Marmorino”?
(1)Because it contains about 20% marble, it has a bright white, glowing texture.
(2)Since it does not use the sand that is normally used as a binder, it creates a smooth and beautiful finish.
(3)With a tasteful texture created by skilled craftspeople, you can experience depth in each finish, made with care one by one.

“By the way, if you would like this kit that lets you compare the fireproof and flame-retardant properties with vinyl cloth, we’ll give it to you for free!” they said.
At Nomura Komuten, plaster is used on all walls and ceilings, including the living room, bedrooms, entrance, hallway, and even water-related areas ![]()
