So, we went to check out the pricing and see what the place is actually like!

This is “Re・make”, just a 2-minute walk from Hanshin Nishinomiya Station!! It’s on the 3rd floor where it says “Photo.”

It’s so stylish. Places like this stylish shop kind of make me nervous and excited just to go inside.

A simple entrance. Is something written there? What does it say?

No way!! It says “A staff member may burst out with great energy??”!

So I braced myself and rang the doorbell.

But they came out surprisingly normally. lol

When I asked, “Why does it say that?” they told me that before, they came out with too much energy and startled a customer badly, so lately they’ve started coming out normally. What a fun person!!!

The owner of “Re・make”, Ms. Sakamizu, is a hair and makeup artist and photographer. With the goal of “making Nishinomiya a beauty city,” she opened this new shop in June! Still, a beauty-focused photo studio is pretty rare, isn’t it?

Now then, let’s head inside and see what we’re curious about.

Whoa!! With those huge lights and everything, it really feels like a photo studio.

Inside the photo studio, there are “curtain windows,” “props like greenery and flowers,” and “several kinds of wall panels.” Using these items, they can take photos with all kinds of vibes, including cute, pretty, elegant, cool, and super unique styles.

It looks like the cover of a makeup magazine!

To take beautiful photos like these, you need to bring out the best in the subject. Which means makeup is important. These days, it seems like it’s not really about gender anymore. Apparently even salespeople wear makeup to improve their first impression.

So,

in this makeup room, you can get full-scale hair and makeup done! By the way, Re・make also offers “on-location hair and makeup,” so you can consult with them not only about photos, but also about makeup. As Shachomi, I need to learn from this.

By the way, there were animal capsule toys displayed in the back of this makeup room. Apparently it’s Ms. Sakamizu’s hobby. She also seems to like black Shiba Inu. I really love Shiba dogs too.

The total time needed for the photo shoot seems to be about 2 and a half hours for women and 1 and a half hours for men. The flow is “consultation(deciding what kind of image to go for) → changing clothes → hair and makeup → photo shoot → photo selection.” Men may choose not to have makeup done.
