It’s a cute shop with a charming, fairy-tale-like entrance♪
The address is 9-11 Koyoen Honjocho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
This is the former location of “Osumashi Poo-chan SHOP&CAFE.”

Hankyu Koyoen Station is right across the street.
If you head this way, you’ll find hair salon MASA, the Tsumagari factory, cafe shin, and more.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll come out onto Koyoen-dori.

It looks like there are three daily lunch options to choose from. The parfaits look tempting too!
It seems they also offer takeout. It looks like you order and pick up at the window on the right.
Maybe the shop is called “ROOF” because the roof sticks out toward the front? 🤔 Since it says cafe & “zacca,” they might also sell miscellaneous goods.
