It looks like the medical warehouse “MEDICEO,” which was being built on the former Asahi Breweries site, has been completed.
(This information was provided by Nishitsu supporters Iroha & Sasako. Thank you!)
Here it is↓

What an impressive warehouse~~! Apparently, the investment in the land and building came to 26.7 billion yen.
Here’s the map↓
The address is around 11 Tsuto Otsukacho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.

It’s along the JR tracks, so some of you may have seen it from the train window. Fukatsu Elementary School is visible in the distance.

The doors are numbered, and one says 857! Are there really that many rooms?! Wow.

MEDICEO has logistics centers across Japan aiming to provide seamless deliveries to medical institutions and disaster-resilient distribution. This is apparently their 13th location.

Doesn’t it kind of have a Gardens-like atmosphere?

It has 4 floors and a total floor area of 43,068m2. For reference, Gardens is 71,030m2! I thought they’d be about the same size

Sasako, a Nishitsu supporter, took these photos at around 7 a.m., so there were people heading to work and school too. This warehouse is also located along the Meishin Expressway.
Finally
This warehouse is apparently called the “Hanshin Area Logistics Center” and will cover pharmaceuticals for the Hanshin area. It looks like operations will begin in October. Annual shipment value is said to be about 240 billion yen. That number is a little hard to wrap my head around, but it sounds huge.
