It seems the restaurant closed at the end of July.

The address is 2F Étoile Nishinomiya, 2-24 Nishifuku-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
It was located by the rotary on the north side of JR Nishinomiya Station.
It was on the second floor of the building with the supermarket “Akashiya” on the first floor.
Finally
Since it was an izakaya located right by the station, many people may be sad to see it gone. Other Uotami locations in Nishinomiya City include the Hanshin Nishinomiya Station South Exit Ekimae branch(← apparently this one has also closed) and the Hanshin Koshien Station branch.
