These are scones. You can’t really talk about scones until you’ve tried the authentic ones from “Benoist.” 270 yen each (tax included).
The cream on top is “100% raw milk clotted cream,” which also sounds tempting. Naturally, it’s imported from the UK. 497 yen (tax included).

There were plenty of other things too, like tea. When it comes to scones, I’ve only ever had the ones from KFC, so I’d kind of like to line them up together and compare them. I’m not sure if Hankyu sells them, but apparently there are five flavors, like tea, maple, and orange, and I feel like I want to try them all.
