The area around Koshien Station has been getting all kinds of renovations lately, and it’s really buzzing, isn’t it?
The plaza in front of Koshien Station. It’s seriously spacious. And there are so many cafés. Starbucks, Komeda’s Coffee, Hoshino Coffee, Tully’s Coffee opening on 10/27, and McCafé opening on 12/5 too.
“LaLaport Koshien” near Koshien Stadium was also just recently renovated. Two new ramen shops are scheduled to open in the food court, too.
And then there’s Koshien Stadium! Around the outside of the stadium, they regularly hold food events like meat festivals, fried chicken festivals, takoyaki events, and all kinds of others.
While taking in scenery like that, it’s a 12-minute walk↓
This is “Meiwa Rehabilitation Hospital”, which will open next January!
By the way, “Meiwa Rehabilitation Hospital” will be an inpatient-only hospital where patients can spend their recovery or chronic-care period while also receiving dialysis.
This time, even though it’s still under construction, they let us take a look inside! It was such an amazing hospital that I almost found myself saying, “Please let me work here!” So let me introduce it a bit.
As you can see, it’s still being built, so brace yourself. For what? lol

Look, look～ The changing room is wide enough to do yoga in. Of course, once the lockers go in, yoga won’t really be possible lol
It has a crank-shaped layout, so even if someone suddenly opens the door and comes in, you won’t be visible right away. They’ve really thought it through.
Right now it has a very “men’s room” vibe, but this will become a lounge. Put simply, the cafeteria. I’m sure it’ll turn into a lovely space
This room with the cute wallpaper is apparently going to become a nursery～. There will even be a milk-preparation room, which must be such a helpful thing for working moms 
They’re also going to make a playground～. You don’t really hear about in-hospital nurseries having playgrounds, do you? 
Apparently it’ll have grass.
