Part of the jet roller slide at Shiose Chuo Park, home to the longest slide in Nishinomiya, is now off-limits.

Nishitsu has visited this park in the past and tried out the slide.
As of now, the slide itself is still usable.
It’s pretty rusty
Given the situation, we wondered what might happen going forward, so we asked Nishinomiya City’s Parks and Greenery Division.
They said the playground equipment has deteriorated with age, and partial repairs would be difficult. They will carefully consider and decide how to handle it going forward.
It’s the longest slide in Nishinomiya and honestly a really fun one, so if possible, we’d love to see it renewed as the longest slide in Japan, or even the world.
