It looks like Ozeki has released a drink made with the “Three Apple Brothers®,” Nagano-born original apple varieties: “Akibae,” “Shinano Sweet,” and “Shinano Gold.”

Since it’s nigori sake, it looks like nothing but apple juice.
Apparently, this product was made in cooperation with JA agricultural cooperatives as part of the Nippon Yell Project, which aims to cheer on Japanese-grown products delivered from all across the country.

This project collaborates with production areas all over Japan to create various products. The same Three Apple Brothers have also been used in juice from Ito En and chocolate from FUJIYA.

So Hyuganatsu is one of them too. And pineapple and strawberry as well! I wonder what strawberry nigori sake tastes like. They also had peach. If you like fruity alcoholic drinks, this might be worth checking out.
