There’s an “open” sign out front, a security guard on site, and plenty of staff inside.

The address is 2-27 Imazu Minatomachi, Nishinomiya, Hyogo.
It had been in pre-opening mode until yesterday, and the official website said it would open on November 24, but…
When we checked, we were told, “The website says the 24th, but we opened today, November 17.”
If you haven’t had dinner yet, this might be a good time to check it out. They’re open until 21:30.
