With the Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Koto Branch inside Appli Koto closing in December, it seems an ATM corner will be set up on the 1st floor of Paseo Koto on the east side of the station.
※The ATM corner inside Appli Koto will reportedly remain open until 15:00 on Friday, December 8.
The Paseo Koto 1st-floor ATM corner is set to start operating from 9:00 on Monday, December 4〜

The address is 1-1-6 Kotōen, Nishinomiya, Hyogo Prefecture.

For counter services, it looks like you’ll need to use either the Nishinomiya Branch or the newly opening Aeon Itami Koya location.
Lastly
It used to be on the west side of the station, but now it’s moving over to the east side. Some people will probably find the move more convenient, while others may have preferred the previous location〜.
