Hiroshima’s Popular Kaa-chan Gyoza Returns Home to Open in Nishinomiya
After making an I-turn move to Kitahiroshima Town in Yamagata District, Hiroshima Prefecture in 2007, Kaa-chan Gyoza opened in 2015. Over the next eight years, it was featured by various media outlets and became a shop with lines of customers waiting.
Now, after handing that shop over, the owner has returned to their hometown of Nishinomiya for the first time in 16 years and is opening Kaa-chan Gyoza with a fresh new start.
Drawing on their experience in Hiroshima, they hope to create a shop that brings joy to many people through safe, reliable handmade gyoza and bento meals.
