The ramen specialty shop “Tai Shio Soba Toka”, opening in Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, looks like it will open on March 13.

It says the shop will open on Wednesday, March 13〜😄
It looks like it will be on the 1st floor of the East Mall.

What is “Tai Shio Soba Toka”?
This is a sea bream salt ramen specialty shop that uses only carefully selected ingredients, mainly red sea bream from Uwajima, Ehime Prefecture. The red sea bream soup is light but full of umami, with a hint of yuzu, and it’s apparently so good you’ll want to drink every last drop.

I’ve never had ramen made with sea bream broth before, but I bet it’s delicious〜〜🤤It sounds like it would have such an elegant flavor〜 The “tai chazuke,” eaten at the end with the soup poured over rice, also sounds amazing. We’ll let you know once the exact location is confirmed〜😄
