It looks like a corner of Tsuto Inari-cho along National Route 2 is going to be turned into an apartment building.
Here↓

The scheduled construction period is from August 26 to March 31, 2026. It appears it will be a 10-story apartment building.

The road labeled Hanshin Kokudo Line at the top is probably National Route 2. Based on the shape of the building, I checked the map to see exactly which area will become the apartment building.
Here it is on the map↓
This corner seems to include several shops, parking lots, companies, and the like.

It looks like the area from the building called “Logi Care Nishinomiya” to the “Times” on the right is the site in question. I don’t think Kore ga Suki Dakara is included

I think the Times parking lot on the left will be the corner of the apartment building. If you head that way, it leads toward JR Nishinomiya Station.

The three-story apartment building visible in the back is also likely part of the site.

I think Denso Service and the parking lot extending farther back are also part of that corner.
Lastly
This is the same corner that includes the Western-style pastry shop we recently wrote about in “The name of the pastry shop ‘颯〜SATSUKI〜’ has changed to ‘SelecT’s’” as well as Karupidon’s Stamina-tei, so I wonder if they’ll be relocating or making other changes. I’m curious. If we find out more, we’d like to write an article about it.
