It’s because the Wangan Route will be closed due to construction.
There are four buses running early in the morning, but it seems there will be a major impact.
They say arrivals may be significantly delayed. The estimate is apparently about 2 hours.
The period is from 4/16 to 4/25.
If you’re planning to take the bus during this period, it may be a good idea to consider routes other than the bus.
