It seems the cafeteria ended operations on Tuesday, April 30.
Apparently, it was open on weekdays from 11:00 to 14:00, and was also available for use by the general public.
In addition to standard menu items like A Lunch and B Lunch (570 yen), the daily rice bowl (530 yen), curry, and ramen, it also seems to have offered a wide selection of side items such as boxed lunches, sandwiches, fried foods, and small dishes.

It seems you could eat until you were full at a reasonable price, so I imagine there were members of the public who found it very useful too. At Nishitsu, we missed our chance to go, and it’s such a shame that it closed before we could introduce it😭
