Reader Ponpon went for a little drink at Nishinomiya Hankyu’s “Nishinomiya Machi Aruki,” so we’re writing it up〜.
Welcome to “Nishikon,” the corner where readers’ “I did this in Nishinomiya!” stories become articles.(It’s called Nishikon, but it has absolutely nothing to do with matchmaking or anything like that)

I’m Ponpon, and lately I feel like my chances of running into Shachomi-san have been strangely high〜

We met on this day too, and I’m pretty sure we’ve met three times now lol. Since we’re here, let’s make it feel like we’re reporting together〜

Nihonsakari’s craft asahi Daiginjo, a limited-edition daiginjo that costs 5,000 yen a bottle💕 A perfect chance to taste something rare🤗

This was the one sold in a limited run of 100 bottles at the previous event on the 2nd floor of Nishinomiya Hankyu, and it sounds like there are only a few left〜

It was an excellent daiginjo, not too dry and not too sweet, with a clean taste. I bet the rice was polished quite a lot. Such a smooth mouthfeel. (I bought some to take home😆😆)

Hakushika’s yuzu & Hyuganatsu. It’s a liqueur type, but lightly sweet, and I could imagine drinking it down easily with soda🤗

This one is super easy to drink, isn’t it〜

For snacks, we had Ciao Mami’s prosciutto and cheese set. It paired so well with the sake💕

The prosciutto was so good〜〜! The saltiness of the cheese was just right.

My personal recommendation from Nihonsakari is the “Nishinomiya Set.” It’s a collaboration with Kurakuen’s Mamejin, featuring pumpkin seeds with a wasabi kick. Delicious

I’ve had this too! You can’t buy it at the regular Mamejin, right〜? The wasabi flavor is rare.

I’m not a promoter or anything, but I really love it

Thanks for the report this time〜! We’re looking forward to reports about Nishinomiya from all our readers! Apply from here〜
