A heavy rain warning has been issued for Nishinomiya.

This may not be related to the heavy rain, but the Hankyu Kobe Line had been suspended since early in the morning, so many people may not have been able to get to work or school.

Because of that, it seems Gardens, Izumiya, and Nishinomiya Hankyu delayed their opening times by 30 minutes.
Nishinomiya City also appears to have opened a disaster-only phone line at 10:00.

Within the city, the continuous rainfall at Kurakuen Elementary School has reached about 100 mm, which is quite a lot. Even elsewhere, more than 50 mm is a serious amount.
