Calling and saying something like, “I’d like to reserve the third session on the 30th,” or “I saw it on Nishi2,” would probably be the quickest. I checked the online reservation page, but it looks like this can only be done by phone

Final Thoughts
Wagyu has such a distinctive aroma, sweetness from the fat, and that soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture, doesn’t it? Even if you go out for yakiniku, you probably don’t get the chance to eat wagyu all that often. Even though it’s for their 1st anniversary, it’s still nice to see a special discount like this～
