It looks like service will begin on Thursday, August 1 at the 1st-floor information desk.
Business hours are:
- Until the end of August: 10:00~13:00, 14:00~18:00.(weekdays only)
- From September onward: 10:00〜18:00. Excluding facility closure days
It also seems they will issue the “Senior Bus Fare Subsidy Discount Purchase Certificate” here. It’s for Nishinomiya residents aged 70 and over, and provides an annual subsidy worth 5,000 yen. For details, see → here
Finally
The commuter pass sales office next to Koshien Station closed on the 5th of this month, meaning people had to go all the way to Hanshin Nishinomiya Station for counter service. So there may be quite a few people who are relieved it’s opening in Corowa😃
