Kansai First Cafe Robot Shop Cave de Terre Opening at EBISTA Nishinomiya on Saturday November 9!

A Kansai first! Cave de Terre’s “Cafe Robot” will open inside “STREET KITCHEN” at EBISTA Nishinomiya for about three months starting Saturday, November 9.

What’s the robot manager at “Cave de Terre” like?

At “Cave de Terre,” there are no people inside the cafe. Instead, a robot manager makes authentic drinks like coffee for you.

The robot manager does more than just make coffee. It talks with customers, dances, learns, recognizes customers’ reactions and facial expressions, and does its very best to provide hospitality.

Learns…? The AI recognizes customers’ age, gender, and facial expressions while serving them. Then, by reviewing each interaction afterward, it keeps improving its “hospitality skills” day by day, learning attentiveness, consideration, and care! Amazing!!
