The address is around 1-46 Nishinomiyahama, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Area around “Times in Front of Kobe Marina”
If you go this way, you’ll head toward the elevated Wangan Route.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find Nishinomiyahama Kita Park and an area where lots of boats are docked.

There are cameras at the entrance and exit, and it seems to be the type of parking lot where you pay using your vehicle’s license plate number.
By the way, “海の家 ポッポ 西宮,” which was right in front of the parking lot, appears to have closed. It was a place where you could do activities like wakeboarding, and Nishitsu had tried it out in the past too.
Finally
According to Hakone-san, who sent us the information, there used to be another parking lot here, and its payment machine apparently only accepted 500-yen coins. Now it has been replaced with a new parking lot that accepts credit cards and electronic money too, making it much easier to use😄
