According to the job listing, it looks like it will be located between Yabumoto Urology Clinic and Saita Eye Clinic.
This is the spot currently listed as available for tenants.
Across the street is the back side of Ikari Supermarket.
If you turn right at the end of this street, you’ll head toward Hanshin Koshien Station.

The name had changed to “Hanshin Koshien Dental Clinic”!
The opening date has also been confirmed: it looks like it will open on December 2 (Fri). They’ll also be holding an open house.

Lastly
You often hear that there are more dental clinics than convenience stores, so I checked: around Koshien Station, there are 7 dental clinics and 4 convenience stores. That turned out to be exactly right~~
