This time, we’re introducing “Ballschule” and “Life Kinetik,” which combines brain training with exercise. Both are cutting-edge sports that originated in Germany.

This looks like a kind of ball game I’ve never seen before! I get basketball, but this is something else~
What is Ballschule?
In short, it’s a sport where kids can have fun while playing and naturally pick up the basics of sports.
“Ballschule” is a ball-play class that started in Germany, and it helps children develop basic motor skills and social skills. It’s especially perfect for kids who are just starting to exercise or aren’t very confident with sports~
They use all kinds of balls so kids don’t get bored, and the appeal is that they can have fun and really get into it!
What is Life Kinetik?
The other activity, “Life Kinetik,” is a program that combines brain training and exercise.
It seems to be such a cutting-edge sport that famous European soccer clubs and J.League teams have adopted it~. Even kids who aren’t great at exercise can enjoy it like a game, and the key point is that they can train both their body and brain at the same time!
If I had to compare it, maybe it’s like solving problems while doing cat’s cradle. (They don’t actually do that, though~)
Trial sessions are happening~
This time, there will be trial sessions for the “Ballschule & Life Kinetik Class”! Kids who aren’t good at exercise and kids who haven’t started playing sports yet are very welcome! Since each trial is only 500 yen per 1 session, it’s easy to join~
