Just a 2-minute walk from Hanshin Nishinomiya Station! This is “Grill Ippei Nishinomiya”. Its main restaurant in Kobe was founded all the way back in 1952, making it a true long-established spot! But the atmosphere is a little modern, and it has that nice, easy-to-walk-into feel.
There’s also a café attached, serving special blend coffee and desserts too♪ Plus, they have a diaper-changing table, which is great for families with small children.
Their signature demi-glace sauce is outstanding!
Their carefully made demi-glace sauce takes a full 5 days to finish! Made with carefully selected ingredients like onions from Awaji Island, this sauce is seriously incredible!
One especially popular item is the fillet beef cutlet. The meat is served rare, with a crisp outside and juicy inside! This luxurious cutlet is definitely worth trying at least once.
And you can’t miss the omurice, another popular menu item. This thin omelet is national-treasure level! Because it’s wrapped so delicately, the balance with the chicken rice is perfect, and it goes beautifully with the sauce too.
The “Nishitsu Set”, which debuted last year for the restaurant’s 1st anniversary, was so popular that it has finally joined the regular menu! As an “adult kids’ meal,” it’s a hearty and very satisfying set.
