On the 2nd floor of Corowa Koshien, the spot shown in the diagram seems to be a vacant tenant space, so maybe this is where it will open. Wasn’t this where the Mitsubishi UFJ counter used to be?

By the way, looking at the official website for ふじさきデンタルクリニック, which is already on basement level 1, it says they’re open on Saturdays and Sundays and only closed on national holidays.
