It seems to be a limited-time pop-up store by the suit specialty store “ORIHIKA(ORIHICA),” located next to UNIQLO on the 1st floor of LaLaport Koshien.
They say, “With half the price, cost, and operation, we offer half-size comfort”🙌

Apparently, some items will be up to 50% OFF! ORIHICA already feels like it’s in a relatively affordable price range, but it looks like you can get even better deals here.
