It looks like the drugstore “Welcia” on the 1st floor and the shoe specialty store “Shoe Plaza” on the 2nd floor of Daiei Nishinomiya in Hamamatsubara-cho along the Rinko Line are currently holding closing sales.

Welcia will close on Friday, February 28, the same day as Daiei Nishinomiya.

Shoe Plaza says this is a “temporary closure for renovation.” After closing for a while, it will reopen in the Aeon scheduled to open in early summer.

With Daiei Nishinomiya set to be renovated into Aeon Style in early summer, it seems some specialty stores will close on Friday, February 28, while others will temporarily close and reopen after the renovation. We’re also curious about what will happen to the other specialty shops, especially the ones in the 1st-floor food court and the MOS Burger with its entrance outside.
