It looks like a ramen and fresh pasta shop called “麺匠 くおん” is opening along the Nakatsuhama Line near Nigawa Station.

Around “麺匠 くおん”
Across the street is a building that houses Fujita Dental Clinic and Kazokuso Eterno.
If you go this way, you’ll find Shekarashika, Katsudon Ouka, Osaka Ohsho, Masaya, and more, then cross Nigawa Bridge into Nishinomiya City.
If you go the opposite way, you’ll find Hanshin Racecourse, Big Boy, McDonald’s, and more, heading toward Takarazuka Station.
Maybe a sister shop of the kushikatsu restaurant next door, “澪音(Leo)”?
The spot where “麺匠 くおん” is newly opening was apparently originally home to “串カツ 澪音(Leo),” which is now next door😃

The current location of “澪音” was an empty tenant space back then〜
After that, 澪音 moved to the space on the right.
📍As of January 2025
There are two “澪音” signs, one at the old shop and one at the new shop. At this point, it looks like they had already started operating on the right side〜

also items on the menu at “串カツ 澪音” next door〜! (The mapo tofu isn’t noodles, though.)
Based on all this, I’m thinking “麺匠くおん” is probably very likely to be a sister shop of 澪音. *We don’t have firm confirmation yet, so it’s still “probably”〜
The fresh mentaiko pasta in particular has a pretty strong reputation in reviews, with comments like “It’s one of the top three best pastas I’ve ever had,” “A must-order!” and “It tastes as good as a specialty pasta restaurant”😆
Apparently the chewy texture of the fresh pasta is irresistible, so I’m really curious〜😍
Wrapping up
Recently, “Ramen Mondo” just opened yesterday near Mondo-Yakujin Station, and now another noodle shop is appearing near Nigawa Station too〜🍜 This shop will serve different styles of noodles in one place, including mapo noodles, chicken paitan ramen, and fresh pasta. It sounds really unique and interesting〜😄 We’ll let you know if we hear more.
