It seems the shop closed at the end of March. It had apparently been in business for 65 years, since 1960.

Across the intersection, there is a Hotto Motto.
Lastly
It seems they handled a wide range of real estate services, including sales and rentals, rooted in the local community. Since it stood at the intersection on Hongo Gakubun-suji and had long been part of the town’s familiar scenery, it’s sad to see shops like this close down.
