A badger was spotted around Hinoikecho early in the morning on June 6.

It was around 7:30 a.m. Apparently, it was near the border between Kurakuen Gobancho and Hinoikecho.
Here it is on the map ↓
The enclosed area is Kurakuen Gobancho, and the area below it is Hinoikecho.

As usual, this badger looks extremely relaxed. It seems similar in both appearance and personality to the badger we saw last time.
Apparently, badgers are expert diggers
With their shovel-like claws on their front paws, they can apparently dig out dozens of times their own body weight in soil in a single night. If you imagine that scaled up to human size, it would be like several 2-ton trucks’ worth of dirt in one night.

Since this area is paved with asphalt, maybe it was just casually lying down. In any case, badgers may bite or charge if you get too close, so please keep your distance.
*Yo-san, thank you for the information!!
