It looks like “Matsumoto Kiyoshi,” currently closed for renovations on the 2nd floor of LaLaport Koshien, may be expanding.

Matsukiyo and the space next door on the left (where “靴下屋” used to be) are both enclosed together behind the same temporary wall.
What’s more, there’s a notice about Matsukiyo’s renovation on the wall on the former 靴下屋 side. Could that former 靴下屋 space be turning into Matsukiyo too??
Curious, I checked the official floor map.

No. 91 was where 靴下屋 used to be. And now…

When we checked on 9/6, the whole area had been combined into Matsukiyo!
Lastly
I already thought Matsukiyo was fairly large to begin with, so it’s nice to see it getting even more spacious. 😄
