It means to prosper more and more. Apparently, it was also used as a toast in the past. It’s a kind of kotodama, or spirit of words, that carries good fortune in the words! Iyasaka〜〜 We want to bring it back from Nishinomiya〜!
Crowdfunding（furusato nozei hometown tax donation） is also set to start!
This festival is being steadily prepared together with the local community by a young 27-year-old organizer. There’s also a big goal to launch fireworks three years from now!! A furusato nozei-style crowdfunding campaign（Nishinomiya City’s “Machinaka Nigiwai Project”） is currently underway. Nishitsu will be supporting the festival with PR and publicity〜〜〜!

Notes and Requests
Since the organizers are aiming to hold a fireworks festival someday, here are the things they’re being especially careful about!
- Trash bins will be placed in various spots. Let’s try to keep them from overflowing〜
- Please be understanding about sound volume and noise out of consideration for nearby residents〜
- Pets OK: Leashes are required, and owners must clean up after their pets〜
Omaehama used to be a facility where barbecues were allowed, but there were repeated cases of people dumping charcoal on the beach. Despite ongoing warnings, the situation unfortunately did not improve, which led to barbecues being banned.
