According to Roxy819, interior work had been going on for a while, and it looks like the sign was recently put up.

The address is 1F, 2-4 Koshien Kyubancho, Nishinomiya, Hyogo. The spot was previously Konya mo Ice, and before that, Kobe Gyozaro.
Around “ピンタコ ナポレオン”
Diagonally across the street are au and LaLaport Koshien.
If you go this way, you’ll find Hokka Hokka Tei, Okanke, Nagata Orthopedic Clinic, and other places before reaching Koshien-suji. Whenever we write about this spot, it kind of feels like Ryuji is always at Hoka-ben…
In the opposite direction, you’ll find Ito-Yokado, Nishinomiya Higashi High School, Sushiro, Naruo Fire Station, and then Ozonesen Line.
