It’s on the 1st floor, around the area across from H&M. This is the spot where the apparel shop “QuQu” used to be.
It’s apparently a bag shop, but I couldn’t find detailed information such as an official website🙏 By the way, at LaLaport Koshien, the bag shop RASH, which had been popping up there regularly, just closed on February 1. Since a new bag shop is coming in as if to take its place, some people may be happy about it.
