The buyback specialty shop “リサマイ” that used to be in Koshimizu-cho is gone.

When it was still there↓
According to Kaeitsu @ Nishitsu Supporter, it looked like some kind of construction work had been going on since around last December. So it seems the shop has closed.

The address is 1-3 Koshimizu-cho, Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Around the former “リサマイ” site
If you go this way, you’ll find Tempura Takara, Yakiimo/Kanmidokoro Imosho, Nishinomiya Watanabe Hospital, and then the road leads toward Shiyakusho-mae Line.
If you go in the opposite direction, you’ll find お食事処 美松 and ダイニングキノシタ, and the road heads toward Route 171.
By the way, it looks like a four-story apartment building will be built on this site.
Finally
It seems this was a buyback shop with more than 30 locations nationwide, handling items such as bicycles, cameras, used musical instruments, and audio equipment. For anyone who had used the shop, its closure is a little sad to hear.
