“らぁ麺しん” is a popular Jiro-style inspired ramen shop with lines at its main location in Akashi. The noodle amount starts from Mini (100g〜), and you can choose no or less vegetables, garlic, and back fat, so it seems easy for first-timers to give it a try〜
