Going this way, you’ll find MINI Nishinomiya and Mukogawa Women’s University Kamikoshien Campus, then cross the Mukogawa River into Amagasaki City.
Going in the opposite direction, there’s Kagonoya and other places.

FELLOWGYM appears to be a kickboxing gym you can visit with the feel of a workout class, and apparently 95% of its members are beginners. Their goal is to help people build “a body that can move comfortably at just the right -5 kg,” with programs tailored to each person’s goals.
Kickboxing can have a tough image, but a gym with lots of beginners seems like an easy place to get started. It also sounds great for shaping up and relieving stress while moving your body. They seem to be offering trial lessons too, so if you’re interested, why not check it out?
