The hugely popular “T.K.M (Tamago Kake Men)” is starting one month earlier than usual this year. It’s a limited-quantity noodle dish available only in summer〜🙌

Tamago kake men made with carefully selected “Mukaihara Farm Vitamin E Eggs”🍜
When you mix the chewy whole-wheat noodles with the soup at the bottom, the egg yolk, clam broth, and soy sauce tare come together for a rich, deeply savory flavor. You can wrap it with chashu or nori, add some heat with kimchi, change up the flavor with ginger, or enjoy it with all kinds of toppings. There are lots of ways to enjoy this bowl〜

T.K.M (Tamago Kake Men) Menu

- T.K.M (2 slices of chashu, 3 sheets of grilled nori): 980 yen
- T.K.M DX (chashu 4 slices, 3 sheets of grilled nori, half a seasoned egg, kimchi, menma): 1,250 yen
- T.K.M DX SET (T.K.M DX + mini rice + extra specialty egg): 1,410 yen
The basic “T.K.M” comes in a “DX” version with half a seasoned egg, kimchi, and menma. The “SET” lets you enjoy TKG to finish it off〜. You can choose your noodles hot or cold.
