Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens
On January 1, it looks like they will open at 9:30 because lucky bags will be on sale.

The parking lot seems to get crowded every year, so taking the train is recommended (^ ^)
Here is the information for Hankyu Department Store↓ It may open earlier depending on how crowded it gets.
EBISTA Nishinomiya
At EBISTA Nishinomiya, Hanshin Department Storewill be closed on January 1.
It looks like the other shops and restaurants will also basically be closed, but some stores will be open, such as McDonald’s and Starbucks↓

After checking, it seems that Co-op Kitaguchi Shokusai-kan will be closed on January 1 and 2.
Akachan Honpo appears to be open from January 1.

EBISTA Nishinomiya is a place you might want to stop by on the way back from your New Year’s visit to Ebessan, but it looks like only some stores will be open.
Many people probably use the Frente parking lot even when they’re not shopping, but it will be closed on New Year’s Day.
