We Bought Super Fluffy Shokupan That’s Delicious Right to the Crust at Gajumaru in Yamaguchicho

Today, we’re introducing a specialty shokupan bread shop tucked away in a residential area of Yamaguchi-cho.

I found it while driving around the streets just off the main road.

It’s “Shokupan Specialty Shop Kajumaru”.

In short, it’s so soft and fluffy!

It’s the kind of bread that makes you feel happy when you eat it💛

Yamaguchi-cho is a bit far, but I still want to eat it again😋

There was bread here that made me think, “I’m definitely coming back to buy this again!”

And even though it’s this delicious, you can buy it without waiting in line!

These days, shokupan specialty shops aren’t exactly rare anymore, but Gajumaru opened in February 2013.

That means they opened a “shokupan specialty shop” long before the shokupan boom began.

Isn’t that amazing? (For reference, Nogami, the shop credited with sparking the premium shokupan boom, opened in October 2013, establishing its main store in Uehonmachi, Osaka.)
