One day after a string of really, really hot days,
said, with the excitement of a kid, “There’s an amazing waterfall deep in the mountains of Yamaguchi-cho!”
So the three of us went looking for the waterfall～😃
Before heading deep into the mountains, we saw some kids playing in the shallow river～
We crossed a little stream-like area (^.^)So cold and refreshing～
Our reassuring guide, Sensei @ Nishi2 (in charge of athletic adventures)
Just between us, 
is usually super dependable, but since he’s an IT guy,
the moment we enter an area with no signal, he instantly loses his power 😂（Let me say again, just to be clear: IT people are incredibly reliable）
So we’ll leave the guiding to Sensei @ Nishi2.
Reliable Sensei @ Nishi2 even clears away spider webs in front of us, so we can move ahead with peace of mind♪
After walking for a while, we found something that looked like a Titan from Attack on Titan might climb up it～👀
See? Doesn’t it look like a Titan could come charging at you?!
We got a little excited and made a fuss here, then started walking again.
Step, step, step, step over all the loose rocks…
After walking on and on, nearly twisting our ankles along the way,
Finally!!
We can see something that looks like a waterfall on the left side of the photo～!!

“This is it～!! This is it～!!”
“We made it～!!”
“Yay, we made it! It really exists～”
“It’s totally a waterfall～～～(*^。^*)”
“Well, it’s there, but this is kind of…（Isn’t this not a waterfall???）”
Even though I had doubts, I held back out of consideration for Mama and couldn’t say, “That’s not a waterfall” 😂
Let’s just call this a waterfall,
and right away we took off our shoes and went into the river to play～(^_^)v
Sensei is so excited he even put on a kids’ life jacket～♪
The water temperature blows the heat right away～
（By Nishi2 standards, not bringing a water thermometer was a mistake～ It was cold enough that you couldn’t stay in for too long）
“It feels soooo good～(^o^)／”
“It’s sooooo cold～(゜o゜)”
The water is clear, and you can see the fish perfectly～
“Is this really a waterfall?” I wondered, but we still played in the river for a while and headed back～😀
Back at the Nishi2 office, “Shocho” watched the waterfall video and reacted with:
“There’s absolutely no way that’s a waterfall～😆” 😂
“Nooo (゜o゜)”
“Well then, Shacho, let’s go look for the real waterfall together!!”
