A restaurant called “KollaBo,” where 15 long-established famous restaurants from Korea have teamed up in the world’s first collaboration of its kind, has opened at Ebisuta Nishinomiya.
It’s a place where you can enjoy flavors from 15 different restaurants all in one spot～（amazing!）
I went right away to see what kinds of Korean dishes they serve～
The Food at “KollaBo”
Since they have dishes from 15 famous restaurants, there were so many choices that it was hard to decide, but since I visited at lunchtime, I went with a set meal↓↓
From Sogongdong Ttukbaegi
Samgyetang Sundubu Jjigae Set Meal（with kimchi, salad, side dishes, and rice） \980
The chicken broth and the balance of salt and pepper were just right～
It had a “gentle” flavor and warmed me up from the inside.
It even had pine nuts in it, making it feel really authentic～♪ As expected from Sogongdong Ttukbaegi, a restaurant with over 50 years of history.
It was my first time having samgyetang topped with shredded egg crêpe😀
The chicken was cut into easy-to-eat pieces, so even kids should find it easy to eat～

Stir-Fried Meat and Vegetables & Sundubu Jjigae（with kimchi, salad, side dishes, and rice） \1,480
It had a tangy seasoning and a truly authentic level of spiciness～
I broke a bit of a sweat～😅
Above all, it makes you want to keep eating white rice♪
Sweet-and-spicy stir-fried meat and vegetables～
The meat was well seasoned, and this is definitely the kind of side dish you’d want to bounce onto your rice before eating (^_^)
Even with the heat, there was a solid sweetness to it～♪

Final Thoughts
Even though the big selling point is that you can enjoy flavors from 15 restaurants, Mama and I both ended up eating dishes from the same place, “Sogongdong Ttukbaegi”～😅
I regret that we didn’t at least share one set meal and one à la carte dish so we could enjoy flavors from two restaurants…
I didn’t try it this time, but I thought it was a pretty good deal that you can casually enjoy premium ganjang gejang here.
