Is the Shop with the “Not Yet” Sign on Shiyakusho-mae Line Still Getting Ready?

“Not yet” is written on a rather large sign…

Does this mean “preparing to open”?

Or could it be the name of the place? (ーー;)

When I looked up, the shop name said “アクアキッチン”,

and the lights were on inside too(^^)

Is it okay to go in? Or are they still getting ready?

What’s on the back of this sign is

really bugging meee~ I wonder what it says…
