A reader tipped us off, saying, “At Cascade’s Nishinomiya-Kitaguchi factory in Fukazucho, a direct sales shop for Cascade and Anpanya has opened. It looks like it already started this May, but it’s only for a limited time.” So we went right away to buy some ＼(^o^)／
The anpan from “Kokoro ni Amai Anpanya” is usually something you can only buy if you go to Osaka!!
Anpanya’s Super Popular Classic Assortment
Inside the box were 8 adorable palm-sized anpan in 6 varieties, packed all the way in ＼(^o^)／
When we split them open on a cutting board, they looked like this !(^^)!
Even though it’s an anpan set, one cream bun was mixed in too, which made us pretty happy 😍Cascade’s cream buns use homemade cream, so maybe it’s the same one?
Here are the varieties ヽ(^o^)丿 The 8-piece set includes two each of smooth red bean paste and chunky red bean paste!
They were all so good, it was hard to choose a favorite!
The filling was packed in, and the bread was moist and so soft ＼(^o^)／
At Nishi2, the smooth red bean paste was the favorite!
Apparently, the azuki beans are 100% specially cultivated Tokachi, Hokkaido azuki, grown with organic fertilizer in Hokkaido’s great natural environment ＼(^o^)／

Reception hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00–16:00. If you want to pick up on Monday, please call on Saturday
Pick-up is at the factory direct sales shop from the day after your order!
Pick-up time is 13:00–16:00. And believe it or not, you can pick up on Sundays too ＼(^o^)／

There’s an intercom behind the sign, so press it with a “ding-dong”!
Tell them the name on your reservation, have 1,000 yen ready it’s smoother if you don’t need change!, and wait. Someone from the factory will bring it out to you !(^^)!
